Simple joy of a complex world
There is a feeling of quiet joy in sitting on my couch in Dallas, accessing my corporate workstation in Irving remotely, as I read a technical manual while listening to classical music radio broadcast from Chicago.

There is an added amusement when you consider that the corporate workstation runs on Windows XP while the computer I am using to access it remotely is a Mac.

Consider the complex work of millions of human hands and minds spanning decades of time just to make this simple joy possible.

Such is humanity.

Very nice.
So, which remote access software are you using?

So you live in Dallas and work in Irving? Back when I was living there a couple decades and change ago, it would've been the other way around for most people.

I still say you needed a Starbucks coffee to complete the scene.
